Hydropower

The subsidiary CHRILIAN Hydropower GmbH provides a broad spectrum of advisory services for investments in hydropower plants. Hydropower is one of the most attractive renewable energy sources because it is completely low-emission and independent of primary energies. In addition, hydroelectric power plants have the highest efficiency of all known types of electricity generation and are environmentally friendly and economically viable. In contrast to wind power or solar energy, water is usually available permanently and in a constant amount for energy generation. Hydroelectric power plants are therefore particularly suitable for the production of basic load requirements for electricity.

Since 2009 CHRILIAN has built up the competences over the complete life cycle of new and existing power plants. In addition to the operational support of power plants, which are owned by the shareholders of CHRILIAN AG, numerous consulting mandates were obtained from external clients in the field of mediation, due diligence, the operation and sale of hydropower plants in Europe - especially in Germany and Italy.

Commercial business management

CHRILIAN Management GmbH offers companies a wide range of commercial services. The commercial tasks and requirements for companies have steadily increased in recent years. Smaller companies in particular are forced to focus on management functions in order to be profitable. The resources for commercial administrative tasks with the necessary (legal) qualifications are not available in some cases. By outsourcing the commercial secondary functions to CHRILIAN Management GmbH, companies can concentrate on the respective core business, ie the company's own business services.
